Hi, I haven't posted in a while, because I'm usually too lazy to upload photos here, but I
thought I should share this one, because I've been wearing this belt almost every day since I made it and I
love it more than my remaining 50 belts together. Also, I managed to make it out of scraps of materials I had
at home, but even if you have to buy them, it's gonna be probably something around 5 USD or less, so it's
really cheap. I made the fastening in the front (which is very convenient), but covered by the bow, so it
doesn't show.

Special_occasion made me a fabulous skirt I can't wait to wear, a pair of earrings and a matching brooch, I aboslutely love the pearls with wine and black fabrics! And she added an extra pair of earrings (which is awesome, since buying clip-ons is really difficult) and a lovely pearl bracelet. Thank you so much, I love everything!

This morning, I spotted a thrift store that I'd never been to before and decided to look around. I didn't find anything I liked, but on the way out, some gloves in the glass case caught my eye. I asked to see the gloves (actually, it was a box full of vintage gloves), and fell in love with an obviously never worn, over-the-elbow, Kid gloves. They were so soft and just beautiful...and still in the original packaging. So I bought them (they were $3). Anyways, I did a little research and found out that these gloves were made in the mid 1900's! I've never owned anything so old before!

Wow, I'm totally envious! That's an amazing buy.  I recently got a retro Kayser corset/bralet for 1,5 USD, but it's definitely not older than a few decades back, at best.

Lol, I'm like that too. 

I finished my first item today and started working on another two, I kinda hope to have it done tomorrow and also make another one... I gotta finish soon before I get stuck because of the exams.  I was lucky during a ctafts fair and managed to get my hands on some cheap vintage things I can customize.

I already have several things planned and hope to start working on them for real tomorrow. This is really super cool and fun! 

I'm so excited for this! Can't wait for the swap to start
