We do our cards in germany different though...

we have brown sugar, but it's similar to the normal white sugar. It wouldn't hold the shape of a measuring cup...

I just got two of the Magnolia Bakery cookbooks (  ) and while reading the recipes, I stumbled upon "firmly packed light brown sugar" and I have no idea what it is. I have never heard of a sugar type like that. 
Could someone tell me what it is, please??

uhm, I am german and I can't think of any white sauce that's served with pork and peas 
But now I'm curios which one you mean 
could you tell when you found out?

sauce hollandaise is mostly served with potatoes and asparagus (spl) not pork and peas

the key lime pie looks fantastic!!
