OK here are the instructions for making it, should be easy enough to understand but if you have any questions just let me know!!!

Decide how big you want your bag to be. You will need a front, back, bottom, two sides and something for a strap. cutting a pattern may the easiest way to go.

Using contact paper, clear mailing or scotch tape lay your starburst wrappers wrong side down on to the sticky side of  whatever your using .( Masking or duct could probably be used since your will be covering the wrong sides just be careful not to go to close to the edge because they can gum up your needle.)

Find some paper you like. I used the paper you buy for scrapbooking. cut it to the same size as the five starburst pieces. Put the two pieces wrong side together. I used little pieces of double stick tape in the corners to keep them together, (glue sick would probably work too)

Lay the starburst pieces between two pieces of vinyl and cut out leaving a inch to an inch border. (I ran out of vinyl and cut up the bag that a new comforter comes in and used it to make my bag, it was actually heavier than the vinyl I usually use). Smooth out any wrinkles. I use binder clips to hold everything so nothing slips. Figure out what you want for a handle. I used ribbon and grommets but you can also sew them on. If you using vinyl cut the length you want and fold it in thirds and sew down the middle.

Sew a seam close to the top edge of the starburst wrappers on front, back and side pieces.
(dont clip and edges yet, leave extra vinyl there.)  Figure out where you want the handles and sew them on ( its just easier to sew them first). Sew bottom front and back to the bottom bag piece. The sides are sewn to the bottom next. Sew up the sides. Stop sewing about a inch from corners.

Cut away extra vinyl leaving between and 1/8  and  of and inch of vinyl.
