Don't undersell yourself in terms of labor and materials. If you're concerned about a full set being a large investment, offer a half set as well, or even a quarter set. Someone may love them enough to buy half now, and the other half in 6 months, but might feel discouraged to purchase if they are only offered the full set to purchase.

Do you have a serger?? That would at least give it a more finished raw edge and help prevent fraying...

In regards to where the two skirt layers meet the bib, could you sanwich the bib in between the skirt layers, with the top edge of each skirt layer facing toward the bib? I realize that it would probably take more time to pin and sew, but it would eliminate that raw edge showing.....

This is so cute!! My mom did this once as a take-to-school birthday snack, and all of her "toppings" were frosting. Using the fruit roll-ups is GENIUS!!

I am having a terrible time envisioning my finished project!! I have just started knitting something similar to this necklace that I found on ravelry:

only I want to do it all in white and with no "cord" in between each bead, to get a sort of pearl necklace effect. Planning on making it long enough to loop two or three times, and doing the cord along the back of the neck to reduce the bulkiness of it all.
I just can't envision if the finished project will actually look like a giant pearl necklace or just a lumpy bumpy mess?? Any advice??
