1  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Discussion and Questions / Re: "What do YOU Journal About?!" Ideas thread! on: August 12, 2008 08:03:12 PM
Hello.  I love all of your ideas.  I'm sitting here with a new composition notebook out, and the first page is Things to journal about.  I've been jotting down all the wonderful ideas you've had.  So if I ever get stuck, I'll just refer to the front page.

Like many, I too can't write in a journal everyday.  It becomes overwhelming to write all about my day.  But with this form of journaling it will be a lot easier and more fun for me to journal everyday.  I would rather have a journal than a blog because a blog could get deleted, or something could happen to it.  With a journal you can always refer back to it.

And If by any chance I become a writer[i don't thing so :p ] I can refer to my personal journal for ideas.  And I would rather have a journal in my own handwritting.

I use to have a diary, and sometimes i just wanted to doodle all over the pages, but i had strict rules for it such as:
-No doodling
-No colored pens
-no pictures.
-No markers, colored pencils, crayons.
And once i filled up that I knew i would never do it again.  I love pink, purple, green, ect. pens.  And doodles.

Anyways sorry for my rant.  Thanks for the great ideas!   Grin

8  REUSING/RECYCLING/RECRAFTING / What the heck can I do with THIS? / Re: buried in silk flowers...help!! on: April 27, 2008 03:48:32 PM
I was watching DIY network and they made Flower bracelets with pipe cleaners and silk flowers.  Also they glued flowers to a hand mirror.  Um get pipe cleaners and make a paper vase out of construction paper and make flowers.  You could decorate cups or make a collage.  good luck  Wink
