Basically, I make the recipes up just by digging through the fridge. What do we have? Alright lets combine it. My friend adds comments and helps, then takes AMAZING pictures.
We start with the following items:
-1/2 cup yoplait thick and creamy non fat raspberry(this is the same as one container single-serve container)((Go breast cancer awareness!! Woot Woot!))
-1 cup of any fruit cup, drained(anything BUT manderian oranges, too pulpy)
-1/4 cup V8 splash Mango
Mix in all ingredients. Blend until constistant.
One serving. Or two tiny ones.
(The bigger serving is around/under 300 calories)
