This was my hoop for the Dr. Whoopla swap, I was very excited about it and loved making it! Even though I had big plans to start with, it is mostly stem, back and satin stitched, although there is some lattice stitching in the tardis doors.

Yup, it's a cotton flannel - I got it at Wal-Mart to make my husband pj pants and had enough left over for the back!
