11  Texas / Texas: North Central / Attention Dallas Crafters on: August 16, 2007 09:02:04 PM
I'm part of a little group called "Crafty Divas".  We get together and knit/crochet/craft, whatever you are into or are working on at the moment.  We even would like to expand and do some workshops and such.  Anyone can call meetings or host a workshop.  We have all been out of the loop for awhile but we really want the group to do lots more. If you are interested, craftster message me and I'll tell you more-we have a yahoo group.

12  NEEDLEWORK / Sublime Stitching Embroidery / Lettering Advice on: August 16, 2007 02:03:18 PM
Hi all-

I am brand new to embroidery, as in I picked up a sublime stitching kit at a local store yesterday.  I had a question about ironing on a name using individual letters.  It seems tough to try to line them up with equal spacing and in line.  Is there anything you can do to the transfer to make it easier?  Like taping the letters together maybe?

Thanks so much!
