What a beautiful collection! I think my favorite is the crown set, I love the colors in that one. Nice job!

Here's my first attempts with beading (well beading semi-precious stones, if that is still beading!). Hope you like it! Let me know!  Wink

Thanks for looking!

Im thinking its the second subtance thats being mixed.

^^ Correct. Plus, I wanted something to give it another dimension (the light blue part is higher than the rest) so I pretended it to be a chunk of a solid second substance or something that hasn't stirred in well yet, lol.

Thanks for the comments everyone! I didn't know that there were other nerds on here... I should post my other nerdy stuff, lol!

Yay! I'm glad that everyone likes them!

How do you coat foam with resin - does it run all over the place?  Do you have to make a mold? Does the foam get all bumpy and weird?

I coated them with a disploseable paint brush, one side at a time. So long as you do one side at a time, there's no weird bumps or anything like that. No, I didn't have a mold... and the foam is still rather squishy but more sturdy.

Maybe if i had some, i could actually pass Organic right now...  Undecided

Ha ha ha, isn't that the truth! Good luck with it, I'm sure you'll do fine!

Thanks again everyone!

Check out my new Erlenmeyer flask earrings! I'm so proud of them! It's resin coated foam, to protect them from the elements!

Don't mind my freckles!
