4  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / ex boyfriend's corn nuts tshirt turned into a tank top with bows down the side! on: June 20, 2013 06:21:54 PM
While cleaning my room I found a bag full of my ex boyfriend's clothes.  My first response was to send it off to the thrift store asap, but I am lacking in tank tops.  Cutting and hacking apart his old shirts was both a pleasant feeling and also now I have new clothes to wear!

I turned a shirt (corn nuts haha) into a tank top with braided straps and made bows going down both sides

my room is super messy so I half-heartedly started painting over the mess so that's why that bottom left corner is pink Cheesy
5  REUSING/RECYCLING/RECRAFTING / What the heck can I do with THIS? / Need help deciding what to make with all leftover fence wood! on: June 19, 2012 06:19:41 AM
I am so overwhelmed with the possibilities of what the wood could be used for that I can't seem to decide on anything.  Does anyone have any good ideas for what we should make?  There are probably 15 big 6 foot long pieces, and then about 100 4 foot pieces, it's all southern pine

we definitely are planning on making some planter boxes but there's so much wood I feel like it could go for something else in the yard too

Any and all suggestions are welcome!
