That hog makes me homesick. Cheesy

In Eastern NC, we only do barbecue using the whole hog, but it's basted with a vinegar and red pepper sauce, no sugar.  It tastes great as is and usually the only thing anybody puts on the meat is either more of the vinegar sauce or hot sauce.  If you're interested in a recipe, I'll be happy to send you one.

Thankyou sooo much to pfirsch for that website that showed the ways of tying it  Kiss, I hadn't realised how wide the straps were, so have options to show as little or as much as I like. Definitely gonna make this dress now  Grin
You're welcome!

Help me find a pattern for a bag Smiley It should be shoulder bag, what would be at least that big to fit A4 and it has to have separators or something inside the bag and also few pockets Cheesy and it has to be simple to sew Smiley (i mean with a basic sewing machine and without hem tapes and linings etc). I have just fabric and a sewing machine. Smiley (don't i ask a lot). I wouldn't ask for help, but i have been searching on google for 3 days and i just can't find that bag that i want. Something between tote and messenger, but covered on top. Smiley So no-one could steal something from me. Because i don't have any zippers or buttons or anything else to leave the top opened. I do hope you understand what i want and i hope you can help me find a pattern or a photo/video tutorial would be better. Thanks in advance. Smiley
Have you seen TUTORIAL: messenger bag with zippered divider (many pics)?
19  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Re: Potholders you can use! Now with link! on: July 17, 2010 10:08:14 AM
I've seen patterns for potholders but was always afraid to try them.  Now that I know others use them and don't get burned, maybe I'll give it a try!

Now I just need to find a pattern for a potholder mitten.  I'm a little klutzy so I like to have the top of my hand protected too, in case I bump the other shelf inside the oven!
I know this is an old post, but I thought I'd share a pattern for an oven mitt that uses Helena's Potholder Stitch that milksmom linked to in the original post.  It works really well and you won't burn your hand.

I absolutely LOVE this dress, and would love to make it, but before I stress myself out in the process I was wondering what bra can be worn with this dress? I have a 30G bust so my bra options are pretty limited... Please someone tell me it is possible  Undecided
MonifC shows you how to wear a similar dress WITH a bra on her site:
