1  guitar covered in pic's from vintage national geographics in Completed Projects by pickyperson on: October 24, 2007 01:52:37 PM
so my neighbor was moving and going to throw this guitar away. Sure it was filthy, beat up, and missing some strings, but i still couldn't let it go to waste! The same neighbor had recently given us a lot of vintage national geographics that were in pretty bad condition as well, but i had a good time putting this together. i apologize for the not so good picture.

i think that the crash test dummies are my favorite part. Smiley

2  vintage tablecloth plaid-checked bag!!! in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by pickyperson on: September 05, 2007 04:38:07 PM
So, i was recently given permission to use a vintage tablecloth that had collected some holes in the past years, so i attempted to follow a tutorial, but i gave up and made it up instead.... this was only my first attempt, and i still want to add some things to it... please, tell me what you think!!! (also, the colors do not look that ugly in real life)

Please comment!!!!! Smiley

HEY! i did that this summer too! and was gonna post pictures of it but never got around to it, haha, it was so fun to make, i did it with my sister, we both made one, Smiley

wow, my picture is really bad, haha, oh well, thought you might get a kick out of seeing someone else look like a bit of a fool... what made it even more funny was that we ran out of tape, so we had to go down to our barn and search for some more, and my neighbor saw me (he is very old) and he was also very confused Smiley
