The guy in there is really nice as well, and lets you haggle!! there is also (to the left of the till, next to the shoes) a chest of draws which have fabulous leather gloves - starting at 6!!!!!!!!!  i get lost in there.... i spent 4 hours in there once. xxx

6  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Marilynn monroe dress from 6 old school shirts. on: March 17, 2008 11:56:37 AM
I am bloody impressed with myself for this.

I took 6 of my old school shirts (button up blouse) from year 7 ( i was aged about 11 or 12) andchopped them up!!!!! The backs(biggest bit of material) were sewn together with some ingenious pleating around the waist. Two of the front bits (the side without the pocket) became the top bit. An old top was cat up and sewn to make the waistband (seen in one of the pics).

It took me about 2 hours start to finish, which is pretty damn good considering i'm only 15! I'm about to go put it on and take some piccies, but i am so excited i had to upload these!!!

7  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / My new Summer 08 collection!!! lol anybody in? on: March 17, 2008 11:44:23 AM
Hello my lovely people..... I have decided that because i am skint, i am going to be making my clothes for this summer. i've done a ton of designs and a few patterns, only one completed piece. My plan is to call them after names and then possibly upload patterns and stuff on this site..... so anybody think this is a good idea? and just out of interest, how many people on here are British?

I love you all
