Beautiful! I'm so glad you decided to enter the contest and even more glad you shared here! It is a fantastic design.

As for some previous posts regarding muslin, Mary Jo's is a giant store local to NC but they have recently opened a website: www.maryjos.com.  I've had good luck with their muslin but that too was several years ago. i have no idea what's online or even in the store these days.

7  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Winter Holidays / Re: A gift for my bird loving neighbours *Pic Tutorial Added* on: February 03, 2009 05:02:54 PM
Great idea! Thanks for the tute also the pics are great!

I will make this but it may be a while, most of my peeps live far away from me; but when I do, I'll show pics. On that note, after the freezer will these balls stay firm @ room temp or will they be mushy? Maybe that depends on how much extra gooey is added. Perhaps if I put it in a zip loc bag, it would survive being shipped.

Super cool, Thanks again!!!

I love it and I think it's totally easy to read! Very cool and thanks for sharing. If you don't mind me asking, how did you do the necklace (name portion)? Is it on acrylic or something? I've seen some around but never knew how they came to being. Anyway, yours is awesome!!

Thanks.

I'd been wanting to try chainmail for a while. This is what I used to make the byzantine.
