I should get up and go, but yet here I sit.... Rachel Ray in the background I think is NOT helping my creativity here... Christmas music anyone? That inspired me yesterday. LOL

 

I am learning, but today I am lacking in patience. I want to throw the needles across the room. I can knit, I hate to purl, I don't "get" anything else about it. I can't join in new colors without screwing it up royally. I just don't understand this $#!+!!!

I give up for today and will go do some other craft now... maybe head out and get more embroidery thread to finish this bag.... **sigh**

Maybe I'll sell it to someone who likes Daisies? His mom is the one who gave me the daisy fabric....20 friggin' yards of it!! I do NOT like daisies, but I felt it worked with the bag!

DH says this one is too pretty to be used as a grocery bag (he said that about the red one also)




This bag also fits two of the HUGE boxes of cereal, with room to spare!

I am making some today, although they are not turning out as nicely as yours did. I decided to do an Americana theme on my tree this year because I didn't want our baby pulling off our nicer ornaments and breaking them.

I got 3 finished. They aren't as pretty as I had hoped, so I added the raffia. Kind of fits the whole Americana theme.
