Hello! If you have some record dust covers lying around and a cardboard box, then this is the project for you!

I made two of these a year ago and just finally got around to taking pictures of the finished project. Okay here we go:

You'll need

and

then all you do is lay them out in a colorful way, glue, and poke a hole in the back for hanging up!

voila!

you can also...
buy a puzzle, paint the back of it black, & glue the pieces to the front

or paint a stool!

just be sure to cover over the paint in some sort of sealer. I didn't and now her teeth and nose are fading away.

3  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Leotard Dress on: September 04, 2009 06:42:40 PM
I made this dress using an old leotard that someone gave to me and a dress I got at a vintage/thrift store in Long Beach. They were doing a once a year sale or something and in the courtyard behind the store there was this gigantic pile of clothing that people were literally climbing in to get the clothes which were priced $1-5. This was about a year and a half ago, when I was new to the world of darts so in a sad attempt to alter the dress I made it way to low cut, but here it is now:

4  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / What I found by a dumpster on: August 25, 2009 10:03:21 AM
I haven't posted in a very long time so I'm going to gradually post all the clothing I've made. Starting with these two; a shirt that i found next to a dumpster and added braiding on and a skirt made out of an old comforter.

and the skirt has a little trick up it's sleeve... It has strings on the inside that i can either tie up or let loose to adjust the length.

I want to make some reusable snack bags out of fused plastic bags. Does anybody know if chemicals will get on the food inside?

7  CLOTHING / Shoes: Completed Projects / =) Feet on: November 16, 2008 02:53:39 PM
I had these oxfords that i got in maybe fourth grade which i bought and then decided i hated them. So, they hibernated in my closet until my little sister made it to fourth grade this year and last night we decided to decoupage life into them. We stayed up till past midnight with the mod podge and some magazines and now, here they are:

8  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / i went cookie crazy on: November 10, 2008 09:49:52 AM
So one day my grandmother came to visit and she decided to take my little sister to a cookie making place and i was dragged along. So i sat there bored while my sister ground up gummy bears into a mush, and started taking pictures of the store. For some reason, a white line or bar is around some of the pictures so just ignore it. Enjoy! Cheesy
