Nothing new to report.  I need to get a couple more done, but right now I'm mad at my machine.  Does anyone have a good recommendation for a decent machine?  I would like to be able to quilt on it also.  At least a brand that they love?  Thanks!

I bet today is going to be a sewing day.  One kid is at home sick, nothing serious, but I can't leave the house with her here, so what better time to get some blocks done!  Happy Monday!

Isn't it wonderful gratifying to teach yourself how to do something and then actually MAKE something too?  Congrats.   The hat looks great.

My monday update:
Nothing new to report.  I didn't sew one single stitch this past week!  Shame on me.  However, it was a bad week and this week is going to be better  so I'm sure I'll get some stuff done.

I'm really liking this swap.  I've enjoyed trying new things and also seeing everyone's taste in fabric.  I haven't really sewed anymore, but I have about 6 packs waiting for me!

I am waiting until I have a few finished before mailing them back, less trips to the PO.  But, I received my block back from shout4joy today.  Amazing-really in person it is so perfect.  Thanks ladies.
