1  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / Re: Kate Moss portrait on: November 02, 2008 02:34:58 PM
Hi Giulia,
You show great potential and should absolutely go to art school. Narrow it down to 5 or so schools you might want to go to. If you don't go to art school, you'll never develop the confidence in your talent that you lack. You will also miss out on meeting other people who share the struggle to define themselves as artists. Don't feel intimidated, just start sending out your portfolio.
The whole purpose of an art college is to help you grow.
I hope you follow through.
Good Luck

Hey Joodito. Gorgeous shirt! I like the effect you created with the stripes. You seem to have very intuitive composition sense.

I've been making myself clothes too lately.
The first top is lovely.
10  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: JOODITO do you think I should ... on: January 18, 2008 08:00:31 AM
You have to try stuff with non-high collars or you aren't finding your true potential. That'd be like a painter refusing to paint anything but fruit in bowls. The fruit paintings might be lovely when hung over a sofa but the artist isn't challenging their abilities or exploring new subject matter.
