Brilliant!

These are so cute! They remind me of one of my favorite animators, Lotte Reiniger. She actually made the very first animated feature film, but people deny that because it was made from silhouettes and not drawings.

Hahaha, sorry, I know it's not a difficult concept, but for some reason I'm having a tough time grasping it.

Sorry, I was AFK for a few days. I'm actually kinda surprised that I had a picture of his back, but here it is:



OK, so the back piece is a piece of felt that I cut to look like the back of someone's head. I glue around the top and side edges first. As I glue, that felt piece wants to gather, so I cut a slit in the middle. Then, I glue one half down, and the other half on top of it. this way, it lays flat. Longer hairdos are a pain in the butt. Does that help?
