2  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Discussion and Questions / Re: Using Money to make earrings, jewellery etc.... on: November 24, 2007 04:27:23 PM
i know in the united states it is against the law,
but we have those coin pressing machines at all the tourist locations

so i say if you are going to do it, make it so it no longer looks like money so no one gets mad at you

4  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / Re: Loki and the Snake (warning, shirtless man!) on: October 24, 2007 10:49:26 AM
i agree with the previous coment about the snakes body being ever so slightly to large in the middle.  As for the rest of the picture i really like it i just wish it had some sort of background besides just a black color for the background
5  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / Re: First Time Drawing Faces, Critisizim desired on: October 24, 2007 02:15:43 AM
YEAH! a reply,
i started a list of the stuff i need to work on so i remember it ( i am secretly obsesed with lists).  i am really happy you replied i kinda stalk to boards and have seen some of your work and am super happy it was you that told me some stuff to work on, though i hope more people contribute.

I plan to re-do the picture eventually, i want to maintain the origional cause even though when i get better i prob will hate it, i like seeing progress.  ( i am a fan of time line like things too, aka visual representations of my progress)  but i plan on posting any faces i do in this thread, so that people can give me tips.

I am currently trying to do something where i draw a little every day (so like one face a week if i really spend time on it)  so i should have some more stuff up soon

I really hope i get chosen to be part of this swap, it would be my first swap.  i think you should have a beginers circle... so that if we would feel more comfortable trading with other newbies than it would be okay
