1  polkadotted makeupbag and a phonebag thingy in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by Fiksteufel on: August 03, 2007 06:39:53 AM
I haven't been anywhere near a sewing machine for years but i inherited my grandma's a little while back and finally got around to using it, offcourse i ended up getting really hooked on it. These are the first two things ive made. I wanted to start of with some easy stuff cause i wasn't sure how i would do, i think they turned out allright Smiley

I made the phonethingie by eye but for the makeup purse i used this tut: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=176509.0

Apparently I'm really into red buttons

The makeup purse is lined with that waxed stuff that people use for tablecloth so that any makeup spillage will be easy to remove.

by the way im completely new to this site and really happy i stumpled upon.. so hello and thanks for looking Smiley
