Hello all 

I am currently trying to work on the multidirectional scarf pattern located here: http://douma.net/Karen/knitting/Accessory-Scarves/Multidirectional_Diagonal_Scarf.htm

I've had to rip it out at least 5 times by now... due to the fact when i start the short rows it turns out
looking like a sock.. or stocking that you would hang up at Christmas time. I have no idea what I am
doing wrong either! Any tips on finishing this scarf would be helpful. Thank you in advance!

I went today and was disappointed. I get the feeling I should wait until weds for the new stuff to come in. Or am I wrong? I am new to thrift store shopping so any info will be appreciated

Hi all,

I'm new to stenciling and I have this small mirror I want to turn into a wall scones. I had this brilliant Idea of stenciling words to it (I'm not really going to use the mirror so why not!) i did a search on craftster to make sure no one else has thought of doing this. Is this possible to do? I have regular stencil paint to do it with. Or do I need a glass type paint for it?

I'm wondering if anyone has used this pattern before if so what did you think of it?

I used this totebag tutorial http://www.people.fas.harvard.edu/~ksylor/totebagtutorial.html to make my bag.. i call it the fiesta bag  Oh yeah I forgot to mention that I bought the fabric at hobby lobby for a total of 8$. I only got a yard of each fabric. Personally I thought it was a great deal!

A few months back I saw instructions on how to make simiple but pretty ice candles. I've been searching for those iinstructions all night and I have not had any luck finding it. Can someone help?! Thanks
