You should sell these. I would buy one. Every Who fan in the Whoniverse would buy one.

Thanks for participating, Dawn!

Lissablair, here are some links about crochet eggs: http://www.craftown.com/cropat22.htm

I know absolutely nothing about crocheting, but hopefully these are helpful to you. Sorry it took me so long to respond!

And thanks for participating! Ferrets LOVE anything new. They are very grateful animals and I know they'll appreciate it!

**Bumping This for 2011**

Here's the link for the Ferret Giving Tree 2011: http://www.ferretgivingtree.com/index.php

Each year, Ferret Shelters around the US can post up to 10 of their ferrets online in order to recieve gifts from "santas". You can read through their bios and pick a ferret to be a santa to.

While shelters do need food, medical supplies, and litter...they also need bedding and lots of it. Some of the ferrets in their shelters will remain there for the rest of their lives and a comfy blanket or hammock can make their lives a little better. Also, ferrets love crocheted eggs or fabric balls with jingle bells in them.

I figured that maybe some of the crafty people here would love to santa a shelter ferret. I know I'll be participating!

If you're new to ferrets, but would still like to help and have questions...feel free to PM me! Thanks for reading!

OMG! Did you hate sewing it as much as I did!?!? Yours looks really good. I nearly scrapped my attempt at the mega squid.

Congrats! I know for a FACT that making a large scale squid is not easy. I made an 8 foot long squid for my boyfriend's neice and, honestly, I almost gave up about 30 times...even though I had his help with stuffing while I sewed away.

Giant Squid are a serious thing and you should be proud!

The dress is cute, but I think it's the kid that totally makes it. Tell her I said she's fierce! And make sure to add a Ms. Jay finger snap to it.
20  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Winter Holidays / Winter Prom Themed Holiday Party on: November 29, 2008 11:03:26 AM
The place where I work usually holds a huge holiday party where everyone gets to dress up, drink, and dance. However, this year they decided to "down size" due to the economy which, of course, bummed alot of people out especially those that already went out and bought a nice outfit. So I decided to hold a Winter Prom at my place so people can still dress up and hang out.

So far, we've decided to have one of my friends, who is a genius photographer, taking prom pictures in front of a wintery back drop. And we've decided to vote a King and Queen for the night so we'll have a ballot box. We realize that paper snowflakes and christmas lights are a must as well as music.

But after that, we're running out of ideas! So, if anyone has any awesome ideas that they want to share, that'd be great. Thanks!
