This is from BHG mag its a ornament.. I watn to make some pink and purple fringe ones for my DD's small xmas tree..

it says its made w/ the fringe glue and florist wire ..
BUT .. you cant see the wire in the photo.. so how is it done ?? I d love any input! thanks !!! Kat

I used a lightweight burgundy velvet I found in my fabric pile.. the most fabric needed on this thing is for the sleeves.
but you can make smaller sleeves
It has ties in the back so Im thinking it would be a super cute maternity look shirt for a preggo friend of mine .. so Im off to make more!

Has anyone seen this ??
I saw this one the other day it was a frozen food box she painted and decoupoged YM band boy clippings to and added a ribbon handle!!
I thought maybe  making  some w/ Tie handles
But I d love to make some , I have no idea where I would start !
What kind of boxes ?? how to make it ?? etc..

These were new Still had the tags on them! I found them at the goodwill for .99! But I didnt know what to do w/ them. Im not a big sandal person but snagged them anyway !
I was messing around last  night and thought about the interior of the sandal(the underside of the top) was funky island color stripes..
So I grabbed some fabric paint and went to town..
The van look alikes inspired me ! So thanks to that OP !

Im doing a show next month , I will have a rack etc for my clothing to hang on , I need to comeup w/ somethign to actually hang a few outfits from to display them! Id really appreciate any helP!~ kat

I came across some silk flowers that had been dipped in a crystal beading or crystal look stuff to make them look "candied" thats what they called them.
ITs just a clear sparkley covering. its also been called fairy dust ?
Id like to make some to put on chokers or armbands etc..
stitch them on by hand ..
If any one has any idea what this stuff is called or how to do this PLEASE post! I really appreciate it ! Kat 

I have this blue feather boa , its a light blue I picked up at the local thrift shop for .99
These are 6.99+ at micheals so such a find I couldnt pass up.
But what do I do with it ?

Im thinking of painting a desing aroudn the border of a remnant rug I was given. its not plush , more indoor/outdoor type and its a gorgoues burgundy..its for my living room which has NO theme whatsoever..
but probably should..
Id love to do something w/ this if I could.. otherwise its just plain..

  This was such a ugly plain suit..
so I stuffed it in my $1 stuff a sack.. brought it home..
took in the sides and fitted the blazer to fit me , same with the skirt.. cut off ALOT of the skirt.. its a fashionable is 15+" long.. hits a little above the knee , and out of the leftover skirt made a matching "purse"
All trimmed in bright red loopy ribbon. It fits to a T and I love it !

Im participating in the vendors at the local festival this year , I design and embellish childrens clothing as well as make jewelry and other accessories  I will be making some tooth fairy pillows and such small childrens things. I dont have a booth plan or anything. I do know its a 10 x 12 and I have to provide EVERYTHING LOL>
its a outdoors show so I plan on a canopy  and also I can get electricity if needed.,
