1  Re: How to make Garters.....TUTORIAL UP! in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by Bitter Sweet Girl on: May 25, 2008 03:02:03 PM
TheGlobinPrincess, thank you very much for your tutorial. it was very easy to follow and my garters turned out nice for a first time, i think  Grin

I have not found yet some garter grips, so the elastics are not connected to anything, but I will add them later.

this fabric was a test fabric, because I am thinking about making this in latex fabric. i'll post some pictures here when I finish the new garters. I am also thinking about making a corset to go with these!  Cheesy

what do you think?

2  My first glycerine soaps! in Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects by Bitter Sweet Girl on: March 05, 2008 01:20:09 AM
Hello!  Grin

I've just started with this soap making thing and these are my first glycerin soaps.
I've used only high quality glycerin, colourant and fragrances.
I'm quite happy with how they turned out. I have given them all away to friends and family only kept the coffee and mint one.
I seem to notice that it is not very moisturising... do you have any suggestions on what to add to glycerin? Maybe a bit of Shea butter?

Thanks for looking and please leave me some feedback. What do you think?  Cheesy

With Rosemary leaves:

Seaweed fragance:

Coffee and Mint:

Honey and Oatmeal:

Strawberry fragrance:

3  Valentine's bunny in Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects by Bitter Sweet Girl on: February 18, 2008 01:38:04 AM
I finished this bunny yesterday for my boyfriend ... I know I'm a little late  Grin
I used the pattern that standardite posted some time ago (http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=213257.0) and I think it came out ok.
He has a little heart on the back.
What do you think? And should I add anything else to it?
