Just checking in! I am so glad that I waited to start because now it's gonna be AWESOME!!

I could be done a little early if sendouts were moved up.... I guess how soon are we talking? I could be ready by the 25th, that's almost a week early. Smiley

Checking in! I finally got through all of the necessities of life as of late and am perusing all of my new fun craft supplies I got at a sale at a great rate (rubs hands together)! I'm getting started on mine today, can't wait!

Two AMAZING packages I'm finally posting pics on! Whew, I got behind this round. I should have known better than to think I'd get a moment's peace! A family house that I had storage in got broken into the week before Christmas, so I spent most of Christmas week that I had already taken off work (using my precious vacation time) to pack and move the rest of what I had there. Oh well! It's done now, and these packages were SO lovely to get, and did so much to cheer me up, I'm just sorry I'm so late in posting my appreciation pics.

From adrienne_bowers
She claimed me for a jewelry surprise, and wow was I surprised and pleased!

Two bracelets (one a lovely spoon bracelet, I love spoon jewelry and this will coordinate nicely with my spoon rings!), a wonderful sculpy scene of irises against grass and a blue sky (masterfully done, I love it so much), and a candle tart with a necklace. Her note said to burn the candle, and I will find the charms to go on the necklace! How clever! I'm starting to burn it down today.

Thank you soo very much! I love it!

Then from Rox! Another package full of jewelry for gifts and myself..... haha.

She claimed me for a long drapey necklace, outdoing herself she sent two! One with a lovely small tree of life pendant out of a deep blue stone (which I love), the other with beautiful little iridescent teardrop crystals.

She also claimed me for anchor bracelets, she sent one red and one blue in a super cute chevron pattern! My good friend's birthday is coming up on the 19th, and I'm planning to give her one and keep one myself and include some poem or quote about her being my anchor. I'm so excited.

Thanks so much Rox, I love everything!! Smiley

Wow, I'm so glad I made it!! Tiny things are one of my favorite things EVER, and I knew I needed to join! I also love the surprise aspect, and love the make whatever your little heart desires part. Can't wait to get started, and to see what everyone does!
6  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / The Swap Gallery / Re: OWS Round 99 Gallery on: January 01, 2014 08:03:05 AM
Again, so late in posting, but rscowtown sent me not one or two, but fully FOUR crocheted beards! They are amazing, and just as hilarious as I anticipated to give to the guys at work!  Cheesy

She also made me a scarf necklace out of pretty floral fabric with wooden beads and a ribbon tie. Thank you so so much!!

*YAY*! Watsonc (and Averia, lol Smiley), I am sooo glad you liked the pillow covers, and even happier that they actually fit!! I always bite nails on those kinds of things. Yes, the trees are birch trees-- after seeing something similar on your pinterest, it struck me and I had to do it! It was time consuming, but I loved the result so much. Plus, it gave me a great gift idea for my mom who struggles with Seasonal Affect Disorder, I am making her kind of a winter time advent calendar/ wall hanging out of the wool with birch trees and pockets with numbers to put a happy little thing in each day. So it was totally worth it, and I had a blast making those pillows.  Smiley

I am SO late with posting this! Averia sent me, not just any T-shirt, but she duplicated the pic I sent her EXACTLY! Only it was even better, because this shirt is so incredibly soft unlike the other one. My DH loved this shirt before he lost it, and he's so happy to have it again-- I gave it to him on Christmas Eve, and he was like "I'm going to wear it now!" He wore it Christmas Day, and another time already since!

Thank you SO much!

I claim watsonsc for some fabric bowls!
2/0/0

So, my list is mostly the same for now, but I am looking at this as the opportunity to build my gift stash, since I still will gift to all the same people throughout the year-- and I have some birthdays coming up in January! Smiley

Hiya! I'm Molly, and I live in Oklahoma with my amazing husband and our pug, Cookie. Please pm me with any measurement/sizing or other questions.
ALLERGY: We are all sensitive to smoke, and my husband is allergic to cats-- if it's not specifically FOR him, it's totally fine Smiley.

A note on my multiple wishes: There are many things I'm requesting multiples of, in no way do I expect one person to take all of that on! Feel free to pick and choose whichever number you feel is fair.
An overall note: My peeps and I all love re-purposed/vintage materials as much if not more than new/storebought since they are unusual and one of a kind! Please feel free to incorporate those materials into any of my wishes. Smiley

**= I would super duper love you forever 'n ever!!

Stencil/Screenprinting/Painted T-shirt wishes

**For a coworker and others. If someone who screenprints using the photo emulsion method would be willing to make and send me a screen I own the image and text I want to use (I even have transparencies). It seems that I no longer have luck with burning screens successfully.

**For a coworker/friend. This epic beard tee, or something similar. He is a medium- large in t-shirts-- a long/tall medium is the best fit for him, he's super tall and skinny.
http://tinyurl.com/lyrdpyc

-(For me) Unicorn Tee with this phrase-- The more pastelly and magical the better! The phrase just stenciled and spray painted would be great, too. Ombre would be super neat with that method. Bleach stenciling, too! Pastel purple, turquoise, pink or mint green (on white for the neutral/constrast). I am a medium in T-shirts, a large in junior's sizing or fitted tees
https://www.etsy.com/listing/118061917/always-be-yourself-unless-you-can-be-a?ref=market

-(For me) If anyone could do me a tee in mint green with a VW minibus on it somehow.... you would be my hero. Smiley Medium in T-shirts, large in junior's sizing or fitted tees.

-(For me) Black Lithographic type print of anything, really-- but especially hot air balloons, ferris wheels, old ephemera type ads/postcards, old pictures of cars or an art nouveau flower design. Inkodye is amazing, too!!

Sewing

**A travel organizer/caddy/bag for my mom's stash of Perle Cotton embroidery thread (still in long skeins). She loves purple, bright gypsy colors, cutesy owls and muted realistic nature themes-- leaves, branches, trees and sheep. Maybe someone can help me brainstorm a design? I have no clue or links!

**An apron for my amazing friend (B-day in January)! She loves cooking and she doesn't know it, but she's a bit of a girly girl at heart-- I'd like to see something that incorporates some ruffles but sticks to her colors and understated glam but no fuss style. Think black and white/cream, gunmetal, tonal neutrals with some kicks of pattern/glitz/color. Very modern yet traditional and laidback.
This color combo and look is her to a "t"
http://media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/736x/e1/7d/c0/e17dc0f6b1df886a280fe4786942e289.jpg

-(friends) Scarf necklaces all color combos-- or even just serged or zig-zag edged lengths of scarf strips would save me much time in making these-- I don't have a serger!
http://www.scarves.net/blog/diy-anthropologie-scarf-necklace

-(Mom/Dad/Friend) If you have an embroidery machine, I would love some embroidered pieces that I would give either as appliques or use myself on gifts to others (on pockets, journals, hats, etc).

-"Mo Money Mo Problems" Bonus if it's cursive. Could use this one in a few different fonts.
   -"yeah, brah" for a guy
   - Tree of life/Aragorn's tree symbol
   - Owls-- especially in cute colors or tribal
   - Tribal elephants in bright colors
-Ferris wheels or hot air balloons
(Maybe more if I think of it)

-(Me) A mixed media tee like one of these or inspired by it. I think these are great mixed media/Teesha Moore candidates. On white, gray, mint green, or mostly any color. I'm a medium in t-shirts, large-xl in fitted tees or junior sizing.

Jewelry

-(Co-workers/friends-- could use several) Long drapey necklaces with or without beads in all colors/finishes, but especially silver, seafoam, pine or all shades of green, MOP or pearlescent/white, copper, gold, brass, black, magenta, turquoise, any bright saturated color or jewel tone. Quirky is fantastic, so if you have quirky charms, or even want to make an assortment of mixing and matching that would be fab. Fabric, paper, fused glass, leather, wood, mixed media elements welcomed. Let the creativity flow!!

-**(Mom) Shawl pin. Something like this http://tinyurl.com/lxdnpvj or a leaf or a tree of life.

-Friend w/b-day coming up: Anchor bracelet(s) like Rox makes! Smiley

-(Dad) A manly copper cuff. He likes Celtic and tree designs.

-**(Dad) A manly belt buckle with Celtic or filigree designs. Bonus if it can have a J in the middle.

-(Me) Anything inspired by my jewelry board on pinterest: http://www.pinterest.com/guacamolly/jewelry-and-hair-accessories/
I really *love* jewelry and unusual accessories, so if you get a feel for my tastes and want to send me something you think I'd like, I love surprises!

Foodie Wishes

(DH) Homemade Foods like beef jerky, hot sauce, spice blends. He loves trying new things, and while it doesn't *have* to be hot, he signs waivers for hot sauces, so, just sayin'. It definitely can't be too hot.

Paper crafting

-Some tags for a friend who is always making and giving jams, cookies and goodies away. Maybe even an assortment of sizes and even some small cards that could go on top of a pan of brownies or plate of cookies. I'd love it if they would say MO's MOlicious MOrsels that also leaves space to write what it is

-(Me) Business card and slightly bigger sized jewelry cards, mainly for earrings and bobby pins. Themes most desired: Kraft, white or solid cardstock with a black ferris wheel, carousel, typewriter, bicycle, text, flower, etc. Repurposed from other things is great, too!

-(Me-- for gifts) Gift tags/little squares to write notes on the back! Holiday related or any time of the year is great. I would prefer for them not to have holes/ribbon.  Stamped, mixed media, repurposed maps, mod podged, anything is great. I really like these (Do not have to be this tag shape, I really like just regular squares a lot):

10  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / The Swap Gallery / Re: Ongoing Holiday List Swap Discussion and Gallery Round 10 - 12 on: November 30, 2013 05:29:09 PM
Yay!  Cheesy I am sooo glad that Daysie loves the shirt-- that was so much fun! The great thing about swaps is you don't have to feel guilty spoiling your people by letting them have 'presents' early.

The jellies and jams from Momof2 got broken out on Thanksgiving-- and they were LOVED so much, that all I have left unopened in the cupboard is the two blueberry.... at least there will still be a little surprise for Christmas stockings! My mom loves Apple Butter (so do I!) so one of those went home with her, and I have the other one on crackers as we speak... my dad has annihilated the Spiced Pear Jam, we already helped him finish one and I sent the other one home with him!

This swap has been GREAT, and I'm so glad there's another round! I'm headed over to join. Smiley
