I know that this isn't a very positive thing to post but I've been vegan for years and God, I am so BORED with the food I cook.
I seem to just rehash the same old same old and its sooo boring. I need mega inspiration to add more quick and nutritious meals to my repertoire.
I make variations of the dinners in this list most often so if you can stay away from anything here that would be fantastic:
Coconut curry's (thai red and green)
Cauliflower and potatoe curry
Nutcutlets/ nutroast/vege burgers
Braised tofu wraps
Vege mince and onion pie
Stuffed butternut squash (with quinoa)
Teriaki tofu stack
Red curry pasted potatoe wedges
Cold potatoe salad
Please someone, inspire me quick. It need to be a substantial meal and it needs to be quick/ easy to make. I want something thats going to make my taste buds really happy and just taste... different new and exciting.
