Sorry its taken me So long to post pics.  I received from educharme last Friday.

Respect Your Parents day ....and make them dinner (sorry the pickled veggies didn't survive the night. must. get. more. yum)

Friday the 13th....coasters and an awesome journal with ALL page 13s! LOVE IT

Weird Contest week produced the terribly super awesome towels!  woot!

and finally the object i was most confused by right out of the box, which i love the mostest because its ingenious!!!  For eye exam month and my collection.   (I really didn't think they'd work, i thought I'd have to impale them on a base or something, but they are AWESOME.  no tipping or anything.    FAB idea educharme!!!!!  THANK YOU!  My daughter stole the other one for her glasses)

3  Vinyl Covered Lunch Bag (made for swap) in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by MyWitsAnd4 on: July 25, 2010 09:43:41 AM
I had a spring loaded clam purse frame in my stash waiting for some motivation.  The August MOH swap (http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=354623.0
) was what it needed.
I layered the lining with 2 layers of water resistant fabrics and the outside with vinyl over cotton.   I made the handle reminiscent of the Japanese clutch bags I've seen around.  The shape was reminded me of a bag my partner had on her wist called dumpling.

that was a mouthful of a title huh? Wink

four pillow cases, three of the darker pattern.  left them doubled up to provide lining.  the lighter patterned one is gathered.  used the bottom of a too small tshirt as the waist band.

10  Tree, ok, well, Stump House! in Exterior Decorating / Yard Art / Gardening: Completed Projects by MyWitsAnd4 on: April 06, 2008 07:45:38 PM
made for the kids this weekend on our stump, whose tree i miss very very much.  it it made from used pallets.  it only cost us about $30.  The price for 6 huge and very heavy pallets (which we could not find for free, so we bought them from a recycler) and one piece of new lumber.
