holy crap!

that looks awesome.

Sigur Ros is one of my favorites as well!

Great job!

this may be a dumb question and it may be answered elsewhere, but how do you do this? can you buy the contact paper at like michael's or hobby lobby?

i would really like to try wall art!
25  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: First post :) A dress and a skirt. on: June 23, 2008 07:56:01 PM
ok so when you said, "i'm new to here and i know these aren't as great as.." blah blah blah, i had an open mind and was like, "i bet they're just fine..."

and now after looking at them,

you should be proud of these because they are both gorgeous!
they look like they are put together so well and both look clean and neat!

and i have to agree with the majority on this and say that the dress is my absolute favorite and i might be madly in love with it too.

congratulations, these are amazing!

i can't follow patterns for crap no matter how hard i try.
GREAT JOB!

glad to hear you're keeping it up!

oh man that's awesome....

sweet that you got such a nice compliment on it too.
quite the smooth pick-up line.

i might have fallen for it. Cheesy

anyway, i love what you've done with this shirt. i have a few shirts that i got on clearance racks for the purpose of reconning them and i have yet to get around to it because i have a long list of "must-adjusts" ...

you have inspired me!
i will try something like this!

it's so simple and wonderful. Cheesy

30  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Re: 3 wallets! i haven't done anything in a while... on: June 19, 2008 02:08:49 PM
I really like these!  Did you use a pattern, or make your own?  I have been compiling all the patterns I like with the intention of using them as guidelnes to make what I can see in my mind!!

oh, and,
i very loosely used this tutorial:  http://darnkat.wordpress.com/quilted-fabric-wallet-tutorial

without the quilting and i changed some of the measurements and i exchanged the top two card slots for a zippered coin pocket.

hope that helps!
