I am just learning to sew, and this is my first ever article of clothing! It is from the book Sew What! Skirts. I am super excited that it is actually wearable  
I'm using my mom's sewing machine that is older than I am, which only has a manual button hole thingy. I didn't feel like fighting with it so I put in two eyelets for the ribbon to come out of for the drawstring.
