1  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Terry Kimbrough Baby Afghan on: June 23, 2008 10:54:01 PM
Did I spell her name right? Smiley  This was a baby afghan made for a cousin's baby. I regret giving it away, because the person I gave it to didn't appreciate it at all. Didn't even get a "thank you." Bummer. It turned out so pretty, though. Guess I'll have to make another one.

2  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Tare Panda stuffie on: June 23, 2008 10:50:37 PM
This is a crocheted tare panda (it's a Japanese animated character). I think it means "lazy panda". Made this for my brother for Christmas. I know, I know. I'm late to the game here, but thought anyone who likes tare panda might like to see this. I'm pretty proud of him, since I had to learn to read the charts that were in the Japanese book and figure out what the words mean for leg and head and such.

3  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Water bowl mat for kitty....fishy themed. :) on: June 23, 2008 10:45:10 PM
Sophie (the kitty) was interested in it conceptually, but not practically. Smiley  She hates it.

4  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Bunch of Doilies on: June 23, 2008 10:42:18 PM

I was on a doily kick for a while. Now I've moved on to potholders. Guess I needed the instant gratification of little easy potholders. Anyway, here are a few doilies. The third one is the one I'm most proud of. It's very heavily textured. The second doily pictured (with the little hearts) was a free one online but I modified it a little because the directions were wonky.
5  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Harry Potter-Inspired Hat and Scarf on: June 23, 2008 10:37:09 PM
I've been lax on posting any of the items I crochet, so I'm going to start adding things here.

First up, a Harry Potter inspired hat and scarf I made for a former co-worker. (The background project is a blanket I made a long time ago using Homespun.) I know the scarf and hat are pretty basic. I've done much more elaborate things, but I'm fond of them.  Smiley

6  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Little White Totoro Stuffed on: July 17, 2007 05:10:39 PM
Made this for my brother.  Smiley  It's a Totoro from My Neighbor Totoro (movie).
