Thank you! I have been using font sites to look at charater maps and duplicate computer fonts and so this book will be all quotes and lettering work.
I love fonts, I can spend hours on font sites just looking at all the pretties Smiley
MissingWillow - the naan looks yummy, good thing I already had dinner or I would be raiding my kitchen. (I keep reading it as Na'an, which is a Hebrew name and has nothing to do with bread)
waggonswest - I love your quilt, the bright colors against the white are great, and the feathers are so pretty.
KriSmith - that's a lot of charms. I especially like the last one, with the tiny people, I'll have to show it to my mom, she'll love it.
tinybits - how great is it that you can just whip up a solution to a bad hair day like that. But, how did you know in advance that such a day was creeping up on you? That kind of information can be useful  Smiley

Trina, that quote is awesome, I totally agree with it. I like the colors you chose, they make me happy, so you're probably in the right direction.
I hope you're feeling better now.

Those are so cute Smiley
Maybe you can make a visor using plastic from a green drink bottle (lemon flavored drinks usually come in green bottles, think Sprite or 7Up)

I love the way you did the loop on the last few cuffs. I like it when the clasp looks like part of the design and not just an extra thing to hold the piece together Smiley
I also like your combinations. I've use the black and pink combo myself on some pieces that turned out very nice.

I added my list, it's mostly just last year's list with a couple of new things added in.

I'm really excited about next week. We live in an apartment my parents own. My mom used parts of it as a craft studio in the past, and one room is still stuffed with crafting supplies and other related items. Currently, it's just all piled up in there and is not useful at all. It's also frustrating knowing we have this lovely potential crafting room with loads of awesome supplies and not using it (the cat sometimes goes in there and then can't find his way out again, but he's just a bit silly). So, anyway, next week my mom wants to pull everything out of that room (into a different area of the apartment) and get it organized. I have to take a few days off from work anyway, so I'll join in and help as much as I can. Then I'll get an awesome crafting room as well as an awesome crafting buddy or two (my dad is pretty crafty too).
Hey, that should go on the list too, no?

Of course I'm joining, just keeping up with the thread last year gave me so much inspiration.
(now, I hope this year the inspiration would turn into actual projects, but only time will tell).
I'm redoing my list, although a lot of the stuff from last year will probably stay on the list, and I'll add it here when I'm done.
I wish us all a great crafty year Smiley

Here's my list so far, lots of stuff from last year, some shifted around, some new additions:

1.dream catcher for friend
2.charms/pendants for beaded necklaces
I made last year - at least 10, so my nieces
can pick their favorite combinations
3.crochet arm warmers for SIL - WIP
4.Cook more - not sure exactly how to
define this, it would probably be an
ongoing sort of project. there are loads of
recipes I want to try.
5.bead a painted pony necklace or bracelet
6.bead something gaming related for coworker
7.tree of life pendant
8.etch a set of glasses for my guys
9.2 sets of plush dice for friends' babies
10.tentacle pendant, like sheep blue's
11.2 beaded lizards for friends
12.triangle beaded pendant
13.honeycomb beaded bracelet for SIL
14.Redo name bracelet for niece
15-17.Name bracelets for newer nieces
18.Try freezer paper stenciling
19.Beaded star
20.Crochet hat

Cool hat (or warm actually). Now you can always spot him in a crowd  Grin

That's cool. It can probably be used for beading, too.

I just took a look at the first page to read some details and saw that I'm marked as active, yay!
This prompted me to go check my list (well, that and the fact that I want to do better next year and the first thing is to renew my list).
I counted 3 completed projects, plus one with a note saying it's almost done. I wasn't sure if I finished it since the last update, so I dug through my project box and found the necklaces. I had 9, so I was indeed one away from finishing. Then I tried to figure out which color I should use for the last necklace and noticed I'm missing a color. In the box of orange beads sat an almost complete orange necklace. I didn't complete it at the time because I ran out of clasps. A bit more digging produced a lone clasp, and now the project is complete.
Bringing me to an amazing 4 projects in an entire year Tongue
I'll add pictures of the necklaces together tomorrow, but they're nothing new.
Well, at least from 4 projects you can't help but get better  Grin
