2  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: moose/reindeer fairisle earflap hat for guy on: January 12, 2008 09:27:57 PM
This is a great hat!  Very well done.  I am going to go against the flow and say fatty braid, but that's just my style.  Personally I would maybe make a fatty braid, and then give him the choice between the two.

8  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Fuzzy Feet for my Mom and Nana on: December 26, 2007 07:28:13 PM
These are fantastic!  They look very comfortable, and I love the color on the second pair.  Malabrigo is such a yummy yarn...
9  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Fingerless Mitts for Mom on: December 25, 2007 09:52:12 PM
Thanks.  Smiley

The yarn is self striping... it's Regia Design Line Kaffe Fassett, a sock yarn.  I really love the colors and they way that they stripe.
10  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Fingerless Mitts for Mom on: December 25, 2007 08:24:56 PM
Knit these up for my mom.  They took forever, but I love them, and so does she.  I plan to make many more!  I used sock yarn and size one needles.  They took me about 4 hours each.
