My sister and I went together to get my younger sister a Nook Color for Christmas.  We were worried that her 15 year old would take it over... so since my neice HATES ladybugs, I made a special holder for it!  After searching online everywhere, I did not like any of the holders for the Nook, and did not like the high prices either!  

The gift shop at the hospital was giving away books the day my mom had knee replacement surgery, and I scored this book for free!  What a funny title for my sister!

My camera is acting up today, I only got one shot.. then it would not take anymore.  I will charge the battery and try again for all the wonderful extras she sent.  
She wove (how awesome is that???) a wonderful scarf.  I LOVE scarfs, my wist is just full of them.. and I have a beautiful one.  I do not have any like it, so I am really excited to have it.
Then there are some cool green buttons.  I have looked at them about 50 times in the store, and always ended up putting them back.

What a fun Monster!  And she made Ninni's for both of the girls!  Now my oldest has rummaged thru my fabric and wants more of them!
I love the necklace, it is so pretty.  There were two things of candy, but I ate one!  We don't have those here, and I love them!

I loved this pattern!  Here is mine.  I used Caron Simply soft.  I love all the colors that everyone picked.. I can't pick my favorite.  It is modeled by my oldest daughter.
