2  CRAFTY BUSINESS ADVICE / Get Product and Website Opinions / Business Idea Advice on: September 28, 2008 11:44:36 AM
I have an idea for a little craft venture, but I am not exactly sure if people would go for it? The whole premises is this: I am a really good scrapbooker, and people love my pages. Most people don't have the time/tools/skills to make pages and books like mine. So my idea is this: People could give me their pictures, and descriptions of what was happening, who was there, their favorite colors, etc. And I would scrap them for them, either as complete books, or framable pages.

Sooo. What do you think? It would be a custom deal, and it would be better than the generic "stick in your own pictures" kind of albums.

I would also do custom Christmas/Holiday Cards, Invites and hopefully build to Wedding Invitations.

Here's an example of a card:

3  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Scrapbooking: Completed Projects / Therapy In 8x8 (IMG HEAVY) on: December 07, 2007 05:56:34 PM
I am just getting into 8x8, and I decided to make my first album all about issues and relationships, or other personal topics, instead of just events and people.

Here are my first three pages.

Scrapbook page I made when I came to terms with the end of my old 4 year relationship.

Scrapbook page I made for the new man in my life.

Not quite done, still needs journaling:

I wanted my first tattoo to have it's own special page. Cyndi Lauper inspired.
4  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / Card-stravaganza! *new added* on: December 03, 2007 05:20:49 PM
My scanner made them all look kind of dull, but here are a few examples of my Christmas cards.

5  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Winter Holidays / Well, I know what list I'm on. *my alt-tastic x-mas cards* on: December 03, 2007 06:23:07 AM
I have been binging on glitter and rub-ons, so here's two new Christmas Cards.

I like Color.

I love how 80's this one looks.

I didn't want to do plain ol' Red and Green, so here are a few of the ones I have made so far.

7  COOKING / Dessert / I <3 Fruit Tarts on: August 13, 2007 12:58:16 PM
Made this one and yum yum yum it's delicious and beautiful.

It's just a tart shell made of mealy pie dough, with creme patisserie and all the berries.
