Hi all   
finally actually finished  some things that I started  ages  ago ( three spinning wheels makes for lots of things started and not much finished)

merino/silk blend  plyed with hand dyed silk



part of  my christmas present merino /tencil  plyed with optim



bambo and silk plyed together



hand dyed wool tops



hand dyed fleece navoho  plyed



hand dyed fleece blended with a little firestar (acrylic for sparkle) sorry doesn't show to well in picture

Hi was fortunate enough to  get some wool tops very cheap a while back been playing with some dyes.  all are dyed with comercial dyes

Hi haven't  been able to to much lately has been to hot   

my fist attempt at a blend batt has , silky wool tops, alpaca, bamboo, silk , firestar, glitz Angelina, and tencil


this is more true to the colour  have finished the bobbin now but don't know what to do with it, won't have much if I navajo ply it or even ply it with itself don't  want to lose the colour 



and this one I hand dyed and carded has some firestar to add a bit of glitter can't see it  too well in the photo are there  are 3 skiens for this think I might try and do my neice a jumper

Hi  my efforts for this week

went to a craft day couple of weeks ago and bought some silk tops  my first attempt at spinning it  plied it with some green wool tops



hand dyed fleece



my first bamboo but I have no idea what to do with it any suggestions ?

some over dyed moorit  that I put threw the the carder not sure what to do with it either  whether to ply it with self or another colour so still on the bobbin is a bit reder than I would like

grayling40  love the green not many peolpe spin lincoln used to own some, the others look great too. Blossoms, is very pretty

Hi my efforts for this week haven't been able to post for a couple of weeks  

I was very kindly lent a drumcarder with an electric motor so I have done some spinning from blended batts for the frist  time and is also the first skein of wool I did on my new  ashford jumbo flyer  Grin

some over dyed moorit fleece with a little firestar and green nylon for sparkle sorry bit hard to see in the picture about  250 g (about 8.8 ozs)

and a bit of a dyeing blunder came out way to pink so I plied it with some overdyed grey in draker shades  is a bit brighter than it looks in the picture but no where near as bad as it was

combination of silk , aplaca and silky tops some hand dyed plyed with cotton thread
