Okay there isn't much very special about this one. I think it looks a little wonky. I just did the robot from the Atomique Pattern on a onesie for my friends lil' boy. This is definitely my favorite pattern set. Anyways, here it is. . .

Well, sorry in advance for all the crazy pictures but I am really proud of this one. 

Here is the background info. . . I made this pillow for my mom's 50th b-day surprise party. My sister Sue and I live out of state and flew in from both sides of the coast to surprise my mom in Chicago. She was so excited and shocked we were there. It was great. I decided to embroider my mom's favorite bird on a throw pillow and then on the back put a passage from the bible with all our initials. This was the most advanced embroidery I have every done. I got the pattern from The Audubon's Birds iron on transfers and can say I love them. It was very challenging for me to try all these new stitches  and shading and such but I can say now I am hooked. Well, enough jibber-jabber here are the pictures.

My friend just sent me this picture of a onesie I made for her son Leif a while ago. I never took any pictures so it was nice she sent me one. Leif's father is a pilot and I thought the Atomique patterns would go over well. On the back I embroidered Captain Leif but you can't see it. Hope you like it.

Okay let me explain. . . I have the sweetest little budgie (parakeet) named Eddy and my husband always forgets to put down the toilet lid. Since Eddy is fully flighted and loves the mirror in the bathroom it freaks me out that she might fall in and drowned one day. I know I am paranoid but other people have warned me about it. And once Eddy flew into the sink when I was washing dishes (my husband let her out and she came looking for me). She is kind of dense and loves water. Sorry for the rambling but thats the story behind this banner in our bathroom. I used the Kurt Halsey pattern and made the bird the same color as mine. I sketched the toilet myself  by looking at ours. That is why it kind of sucks.

My family does a grab bag every year for Christmas and this year I pulled my sister Sue. I decided since she lives on the West Coast and travels a whole lot to make her a travel pillow case she can use on her trips. I used the Bon Vovage Patterns from Sublime. I loved the designs. I added a Chihuahua from the Chi-chi fever because my sister's dog Tommy usually goes with her on trips. I had so much fun making this one. I hope you guys enjoy it too.

Here is another project I just finished. I love looking at everyones stuff but for some odd reason can't sit my butt down and post my own.

I  did this for my sister's Chihuahua Tommy. He is super adorable and fiesty so I thought a pirate shirt would be perfect for him. The letters are actually straight I just didn't iron it out. Hence, my laziness strikes again. What do you think?

Hi Everyone,

I have been super lazy posting lately but have new projects. Here is a Hula Girl I made for my friends baby girl. I decided to mix threads together for the first time for the name on the back of the shirt. It turned out better than I thought.
I have to give credit where it is due I got the idea for the hair from roxy nova.

I haven't been embroidering long only about three weeks of and on. This is my second onesie I did. The first one was using the atomique pattern and I am mad I didn't take any photos.

Here is my second attempt at embroidery. I made this for my friends they just had their first child, Owen. Sorry if the picture quality is bad.
