Very nice! Love the colours, and I really like the yarn loops.  Brilliant!
3  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Thanks for the Tutorial! on: November 27, 2008 07:10:04 PM
Thank you for this tute! I made one last night for a gift for a friend.  I shall add photos once her birthday has passed and I can blog about it without ruining the surprise for her (since she does check my blog).

I added a wee zip & pocket to the front panel so that the tulle vege bags (to be sewn up tonight) can be stored in there.  To allow for these small bags I made the front zip up pocket piece a bit larger and gave it a wee gusset with Jordy corners. Ok, so that possibly sounded more confusing than it needed to.  It's not totally square, but looks great IMO.

Thanks again, shall be back with photos in the next week once I've posted it all to my friend (I can't believe I am actually going to have it finished & sent before her birthday - that's a first for me this year LOL).

Thanks for sharing the photos of your beautiful wee girl and the clothes you've made.  I really appreciated the flower link too - I've recently made 3 for my daughter's new outfit.  Thanks.

I just love this dress!  Thanks for sharing.  I have just made a "tester" peasant top and I'm going to give a dress like this a go next.  (and I love the fabric - I've just had a catalogue arrive with a beautiful red rose fabric which reminded me of your dress/skirt, so please forgive me in advance if I post a picture of a very similar dress in the future).

Wow, that's really cool!  We're gathering ideas for E3's bedroom, so I'm putting this in my ideas folder.  Cheers!

Thanks so much for writing this tute.  I have made a few dozen of these now - great for gifts as well as my own personal use (although DH doesn't like using the floral ones much  Cheesy).  Mine don't look as funky as yours as I've been using up fabric that I've been given.  Once it's all gone I'll go shopping for some funky fabric!

Thanks again!
