11  Re: Aussie only craft my stash in The Swap Gallery by cindyjane on: September 22, 2008 03:42:13 AM
that was fun, but a challenge. I was happily making things, thinking, crikey, what if my swap partner hates it?  Anyway, here's what ambiguous miss sent me:

there was also a ball of soft grey wool, which i quickly crocheted as soon as I saw it, and then remembered i had to take a photo.  Oops!

Here's what i sent back :

So many fun bits, and so little time!

12  Plastic bag granny squares, but I don't know when to stop! in Crochet: Completed Projects by cindyjane on: September 09, 2008 10:05:19 PM
I've been playing with plastic bags, it's so much fun.  Here's a picture of some flowers I made:

and here's a thing - I don't know what else to call it, and I don't know what to do with it, but it's lots of granny squares crocheted together.  It's like a quilt, but not very practical!  Any ideas for a finished projected would be happily accepted!! Undecided

13  cozy i made after an ironic fight with my girlfriend's ex-girlfriend in CHALLENGE 30 ENTRIES by cindyjane on: September 03, 2008 04:37:40 AM
;)I posted this a little while ago, and then saw the challenge, so I think it's still relevant to enter.  I was at home sick, and everything hurt, and I cut myself on a tissue (had the flu, you know when even your fingernails hurt?) and I was thinking about an argument I'd recently had, and the whole world was against me. boo hoo!

So I decided to do something about it, while watching Oprah of course.  here's some pics of my (well my girlfriend's) crocheted vagina tissue box cover.  It's all pink and soft and silky and you want to touch it, and I had lots of fun making it. take that, ex-girlfriend!

hope you like!

14  another first post - tissue box cover (adult themes) in Crochet: Completed Projects by cindyjane on: August 08, 2008 10:53:51 PM
my first ever post, hope it works, here goes.  I made a crochet vagina tissue box cover, I wanted something organic and textured that you wanted to touch.  Hope you like it!
