i just started spinning and i want to make a single but it just twists together. am i over spinning it or something? or will it just be like that at the beginning and eventually stop being like that?

im trying to make a scarf using the basic stockinete stich but it keeps on curling up. is there anyway to fix this or to stop it?

I want to decorate a tote bag that i bought at the rag shop. i know that acetone will transfer photocopies onto fabric.....but does it stay? if it gets wet would it come off? has anyone done this before? do i have to seal it with something?
