Fabricated from Lemon Yellow organic cotton outer and cute lemon liner. Padded insoles make these shoes so comfortable! Each shoe is fastened with natural cotton laces.
The soles are made of vinyl, making these flats completely vegan.
So I've been working on this Mary jane Pattern for a long time trying to figure it out and get it perfect. Today was the day everything came together and I finally finished them. Yay!
The shoe outer is made from organic cotton and the soles are vinyl making them completely vegan! This is my first attempt at a reinforced heel, it really tested my machine's power!
I scaled down my pattern for my Keyhole flat so it will fit babies and children! Yay! My daughter (16 months old) Loves them. I think they turned out really cute!
Here is my latest creation! Made from brocade, faux suede, vinyl soles, and faux tortoise shell buttons and lots of love. A variation of the original key hole flats. What do you think?!
So I've decided I love making flats. I'm completely obsessed on it right now and this is the latest creation! They are called the Amelie flat. I used faux suede for the outside and pink satin for the lining, insoles, and bows. For the soles I used vinyl too keep them animal free. They are really comfy to wear and the pink laces make em look so fancy. Yay! What do you think?
Here is a picture of the bottom that was requested. I was also wondering if any of you think the bow would look better in the center, or if you like it off to the side? Thanks!
This is my first attempt at footwear. I tried to use iheartohmy's tutorial, but I could never get the pattern sized to my foot correctly, so I ended up making my own pattern. They are lined and have removable insoles. The bottom soles are vinyl, but I'm looking into some textured PVC material to cover the vinyl eventually. Input would be greatly appreciated! What do you think?
My 1 year old daughter loves to make this RAAWRRing sound, so I thought- she should be a dinosaur for Halloween! I was smart this year and started it a month ago because I new it would be difficult to find the time to sew, but I finished it. yay! She loves running around and trying to figure out how to pull the tail off to chew on it. <3 Happy Halloween<3
So it was my daughters first birthday and I wanted to bake her a cake. I would have liked to have more time on it, but life with a one year old is quite hectic! I had a lot of fun making it and she liked it too!
My daughters first birthday was today and I have been working on this chococat outfit all week. The cat is made of felt peices that I cut out and stiched together. I made everything seen but the onsie itself. I love pink and brown, escpecially in tulle form!
