1  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / Last-Minute Knitted Gifts: Child's Placket Neck Pullover on: May 03, 2005 04:56:53 PM
Hey there,
I'm working from the corrected version of the Child's Placket Neck Pullover and I am completely stumped on something.

I've completed the lower body portion of the pattern. I've done the first sleeve til the portion when it says that I have to knit the sleeve sts onto the circular needle for the body. It doesn't say how many .  In fact, I don't really get the sleeve adjoining the body thing at all.

Has anyone done this?
2  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / Hello Yarn Cycling Aran on: April 03, 2005 06:48:09 AM
Has anyone made Hello Yarn's cycling aran?
I'm having some serious problems with the chart - I see myself doing exactly what it says and the results don't look anything like the photo.
3  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / dip dying? on: February 16, 2005 02:05:36 PM
My friend and I were talking about dip dyeing knitted fabrics. Rather than dyeing a  ball of neutral yarn, you would dye the knitted object in pieces.

Anyone see anything like this before?
4  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / SPUN Magazine submissions on: December 14, 2004 01:54:49 PM
Hi everyone,
SPUN Magazine is looking for submissions. There is a post in classifieds about it, but I wanted to let you know in this forum as well.

5  KNITTING / Projects from the Stitch 'N B**ch Books by Debbie Stoller / COWL SIZING on: August 23, 2004 06:44:02 AM
Hi everyone,

I am embarking on my first sweater for myself: the Cowl from Cowl and Howl.

I noticed some discussion about the pattern in this forum. This is my dilemma: I have a 43" bust. The finished XL says that it is 37.5". I know it stretches, but I wondered how much it stretched for people. I will adjust the pattern to an XXL (although it behooves me to refer to myself as an XXL) if necessary.
