1  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Stenciling: Discussion and Questions / NKOTB stencils on: April 14, 2008 12:59:08 PM
After their announcement 10 days ago, I've been DYING to make a shirt and bag about the New Kids on the Block. I'm so sad that I don't have all of my old stuff but I still have some goodies! Once I make the shirts, I'll post them too.  Kiss

Not sure why the second one is so big, but whatever.

YAY NKOTB!!!

OMG OMG OMG!!!!!

NEW KIDS ON THE BLOCK!!!!

I'm dying to make a shirt and messanger bag with them on it. So far all I can figure out is how to do their name (logo). I can't figure out how to make them stencil-able.

Thank you!!!!

PS: This is the best thing I could find and, really, you can't tell who it is (even though we all know! <3)

3  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: Ball Gown Dress with Matching top hat on: November 20, 2007 06:01:43 PM
That dress (and even the top hat) is completely stunning. I LOVE it. I love the color you chose, its so romantic feeling. The photography helps it feel more like that too (fantastic photog, btw). I would never think of the hat but it looks so perfect. I love the giant flowers. Super cool. Great job!

It's ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!! I would definitely, definitely buy one like that. (I have no skills with fabric.)

Great job, you look amazing!

This has to be the most thought-about project I've ever seen. Look how many steps it took and how much running around you did!

I think its brilliant and deserves something of a Nobel Peace Prize for protecting humanity. Great job on the sign, too!

8  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Completed Projects / Re: My "In Box" -- a decoupaged delight! on: October 18, 2007 12:38:53 PM
O....M....G!!!!! That is the coolest in box EVER!!!!

I have a sick obsession with words and letters on everything-- my laptop skin is random letters floating around, I love it-- and this is pretty much the best thing ever. I might just have to redo my nasty in and out boxes at work like this. Great idea!!
9  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: An exciting homemade clock! Can you guess what it's made out of? on: October 18, 2007 12:35:16 PM
lol I saw your project on the banner on the homepage and said, "Is that her old brakes??" How funny. Very clever, two thumbs up! I should totally make one of these for my dad, but then he'll probably say, "Wow, this is shot. Come here and look at this-- This is what a good one should look like..."

Can you put some color behind the hands to make it pop? I think its awesome either way!
