So my bf wants me to mosaic his coffee table. It's about 50" by 28".
I am trying to figure out how much tiles i am going to need. Any help is greatly appreciated.
for the design, i think i am just going to follow the rectangle shape down to the center with coordinating colors (probably greens)
Any other ideas?

I was given a skein of bulky yellow yarn that my 3 year old loves. She wants a hat but i don't know where to start ( i have never made a hat before). Any help would be greatly appreciated

I am so excited. It is my 1st garment, my 1st project in the round and only my 4th FO.

The yarn is Elann Sonata and the color is Pecan. I made the smallest size and used 5 balls.

So here is my 1st "real" FO.
He was a present for my boyfriend's nephew. My sewing skills aren't good and i think the monkey might be losing its ears pretty soon (little 20 months old can be kind of rough).
The pattern is from a book called knitted toys but i can't remenber the designer) ant the yarn is cascade 220.

I am thinking about knitting the tuxedo jacket from the twinkle's city book. Has anybody tried it? I am probably going to substitute the yarn, any ideas on that?

Also i am looking for an easy sock pattern, i have to fly in a couple of weeks and thought this would be an easy project to take along.
