31  Bitty Davis Eyes in Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects by craftyhandbags on: June 30, 2007 07:44:17 PM
I have 4 kids, terrible allergies, and don't sleep much.  But I refuse to look ridiculous with those eye gel thingies, so I made my own!  I fill them with rice and dried chamomile or dried peppermint and keep them in the fridge.  They work great!
I've made all different colors, one to match every possible mood or pair of pj's I own.

32  Chinese Takeout Doggie-Style! in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by craftyhandbags on: June 30, 2007 06:49:06 PM
Hey! So I got tired of doing the usual Chinese takeout, so I did it doggie-style!  I actually made a couple of these, and they were claimed within hours of me carrying the first one to work with me.
Let me know what you think!

33  Steve Burns Rocks! in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by craftyhandbags on: June 30, 2007 09:10:28 AM
I am soo excited!  I thought I was the only one with a handbag obsession!  This is my first post (of many I hope!)  I also have an obsession with Steve Burns (formerly Blue's Clues hottie, now Rock Godlet).  I used two old Blues Clues shirts to make myself a tribute handbag.  It's reversible!!!  The black fabric I had to make with iron on transfers that I made on the old inkjet.  A lot of cutting and ironing!  I may change out the handles- my local JoAnn's was slim on selection that day.  I LOVE IT!!!  Tell me what you think.

Sorry about the lumpiness, it's my first time working with a knit.  I probably should have used a stiffer interfacing to hold it better.
