4  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / Re: Would anyone be interested in a website like this? on: February 15, 2006 12:25:06 PM
Yes Maam!  A jr. high student, a short attention span, and a low budget imply that I cannot always be buying new supplies as much as I'd love to.
5  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / Anthropologie Sock Monkey cardigan on: February 15, 2006 12:22:31 PM
One of my favorite (but extremely overpriced) stores is Anthropologie, and once upon a time they had this sock cardigan that I just loved. Too bad it was for babies. I was looking around the Web thinking someone ought to have had the same idea I did, draft a pattern and pay much less. Well, someone did, but again, their pattern was for babies. I am a novice knitter and I am in no sorts to draft up a pattern.  Here is Prim's version. Beautiful! http://primoptimist.typepad.com/sock%20monkey%20cardi2.pdf

Now, if this interests ANYBODY enough to come up with a size chart/pattern for someone who is out of daipers, I would kindly pay for it. Thanks for reading thus far!
