I had the same trouble with this pattern, and ALSO ended throwing it out.  You have made me want to try it again though!  I love the color combination!

Yah, I know Emma Delia (trust me, I know kith, and I think Mark Mckinney rocks too, although nobody can touch Bruce McCulloch  Cool), but on april first they changed everyone's avatar to '80s teen beat heartthrob-esque pics.  It was worrisome (though you really did have a nice smokey-eyed joey lawrence photo beside your name... am I dating myself?  Cheesy)

Gottcha-I misread and thought you were talking about my profile pic-oops!

oh, thank goodness!  Though, when I first opened up this post I was going to compliment Emma Delia on her Joey Lawrence avvie that I never noticed before  Cheesy

Actually it is a Mark Mckinney character from a Kids in The Hall skit that I love, but I can see the Joey Lawrence thing... I was wondering what other people thought it looked like! lol Cheesy

7  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Weddings and Bridal Showers / Re: Bridal Shower with no games?? on: March 12, 2008 01:47:57 PM
One activity we were tossing around was having each person share either the WORST or the BEST relationship advice.  There is going to be a lot of age difference around the group, so I think it might be fun, and a way to get people chatting over treats...
8  COOKING / Vegetarian / Vegan / Re: Vegetarian cooking disasters! on: March 11, 2008 09:46:52 PM
I tried to make a tofu/garlic/soy milk sauce that I found in a random cookbook.  I was suppose to "slowly" add some flour to it, wasn't paying attention to my heat, and ended up with a gelatinous garlic smelling tofu ball...yum...

crazy, my sister is getting married on that same day, and I am trying to avoid shower games, we are not a "Bride Bingo" Group.  I like you glamour idea.  Our family friend wants to put on a tea party for it, and I guess that might be a good way to avoid games, but I agree with you.  Maybe we can put our heads together and come up with something...

The inside looks comfy, what did you use to line it?
