I recieved from Sherrie B,SD.

First a huge rectangle dishcloth.

Then a star dishclothe with a little scrubby.

A pattern for a sunflower dishcloth and a basket dishcloth, a crossstitch kit, and a magnetic picture holder and a post card from SD

And last but not least the dishclothes with two skeins of cotton yarn.

Thanks so much Sherrie B SD.  All will be well used.

No sweat gizmonic.  I was worried the first time I organized a swap that I'd completely mess things up!

As a side note, I told my husband about this swap last night and he said "nice, we can always use more dishcloths".  I never knew that he'd be such an advocate but he really does love using them!

I keep mine with me and don't have them out around my friend who would end up taking them to the barn and cleaning the grease and oil off the tractors with them, and if not that he would clean his greasey and oily hands when he came back from the barn!!!

Waiting patiently for my partner.  Want to get started.   Grin

Hi all,  I recieved the first of two packages from esmecraftin.  Some really nice stuff.  She did some stalking and also filled a special wish I asked her for.  Soooooo neat.

First is the package all together.

Then a pic of the Kitchen towels.  My name and my favorite animals embroideried one of them.   Love it and will hang it for show.  Beware the person who actually wipes their hands or the dishes with this one!!!!!

Next are 4 napkins with appliqued hearts.  Love the color, they will be great  for Spring and Summer.  This picture came out better then the first.  And the prettiest little tea cup she found and made a pin cushion to fit inside it.  Have to learn to make these pin cushions.  I love them!!!! Grin

[Then she sent me three cross stitch gift card kits.  Love doing cross stitch.  I go in spurts between that and knitting.

And she made me a book pillow.  I think that means I can have chocolate in both hands when I am sitting in bed reading and not have to hold the book  which is a good thing as she sent me 4 more dark chocolate Flake bars.  Yummmy!!  And the flyers from her area.  Makes me want to go visit.

And the Post Card of where she lives, a card she made with again my fav the horses, and 2 dark chocolate Flake bars one of which is gone.  Flake crumbs all over my bed but ooooooh so good.  The other I am saving for a special time when I need to indulge again.

Her shopping list
Postcards                              .40
Chocolate                             1.99
Tea Towels                             .94
napkins                                 1.00
vintage teacup                        .50
Blue fabric                              .50
card kits                              Free
                                         5.33
$10.00 =  5.10

Thank you esmecraftin, I love it all. You way out did me on this swap.  Love it.

Just checking in.  Crafting for my partner and have a wee bit more money to spend but don't know what on yet.  Going to hit a couple of garage sales this weekend and if nothing pops up at me then I have a couple of ideas.  Stressing over the crafted item a little.  Really need to make myself consintrate, and get it done.

See you all next week.  Weekends are a B for me as my work schedule is such a mess and so tiring.

Have a good weekend.

Not much luck in the bargain hunting.  Did find a couple of extras for my partner at garage sales, and did buy the yarn on sale and have started my crafted item for her.  Our thrift shops don't usually have much in craft supplies.  You almost have to be there when they come in the door.

I am on the way with money left to spend so I am happy. Smiley

Think I finally have my materials together and the idea in my head but now to put it all together!!!

I didn't have lasik eye surgury.  I wish I did, that's what I want.  I had a rip on my cornia and they had to repair it with lazer surgury.  I have a dirty outlook on live, see little black spots out of one eye.  They tell me it may disaapear in a month or so.  That was a maybe.  So I may have a dirty out look on life for a long time  Grin
