It's a lap blanket... just over five feet in diameter after blocking... but the pattern allows for infinite repeats, so you could go as big as you like!!

Aw, thanks for the love, all.  And a special thanks for the comment on my sig line... my grandfather wrote that in a letter to me before he passed away, and knowing someone read it meant a lot to me. Smiley

For those of you wanting to try this pattern, I strongly encourage it.  Mine took me about six months of dawdling, but would have only taken one if I had worked on it consistently... and it's really very simple construction... if you can do a yo, k2tog, ssk, and a knit stitch, you can easily make this blanket.  I love it because it looks a lot more intricate than it really is!

Yarn: Cascade EcoWool... 1.5 Skeins
Needles: sz 10 circs... 42", I believe.  practically a jump rope.

The acrylic seems to keep her warm, but it doesn't get too crazy cold here... I might go for the wool, or a blend, if you want it super warm...

I'll work on finding that pattern info for you... if only I was organized!!!!
