1  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Pottery, Ceramics, etc: Completed Projects / Ceramic bunny on: June 14, 2008 04:06:51 PM
I painted a ceramic bunny at my friend's birthday.  Sadly, I did not sculpt the bunny part...

2  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Completed Projects / I got a new teeny paint brush on: January 25, 2008 09:06:31 AM
I love my new paint brush!  I can get really fussy and detailed now *evil snicker*

I modeled these after Dia De Los Muertos sugar skulls.  They glow in the dark!

I made this for my dad, who is a real guitar buff.  I tried to make it accurate, but the number of frets is wrong, sadly.  I still am pretty happy with it (though I wish it was a little neater).

3  Halloween / Halloween Decor and Parties / Painted skull pumpkin on: November 25, 2007 09:31:36 AM

I wasn't completely happy with the blue stuff, but there it is...
4  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / polka dots! on: September 23, 2007 04:12:47 PM

I made the beads out of polymer clay and painted them.  I had lots of fun!  Sorry the pic is bad; my camera stinks and can't focus on details.

Question: I mixed colors for the paint and I'm wondering if there's an easier way to let them dry without sticking to the table besides impaling them on pencils (I don't have enough pencils, and that's what I have been doing!)  Thanks!
5  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Completed Projects / Fishy charm on: September 05, 2007 05:27:06 PM
I felt like making a fish and will probably hang it off a necklace.  Sorry the angle is bad.  My camera stinks and I had to run it through the scanner.  I painted it with blue, black and white paint and covered it in tiny silver dots.

6  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Completed Projects / Sparkly Strawberry on: July 25, 2007 06:11:13 PM
A sparkly strawberry pendant.  I'm not sure if the rhinestones were too much...

7  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Completed Projects / Eye pendant on: July 18, 2007 06:57:43 AM

Just clay painted with black, brown, white and gold paint.
8  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Completed Projects / My sister's b-day presents! on: July 02, 2007 07:11:17 AM
They aren't perfect (I'm still a newbie with poly) but I hope they are good enough to give to my sister!

I'm not a huge fan of this one

And, of course, I had to make some sort of polymer clay food!
9  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / Pink envelope! on: June 27, 2007 07:42:29 AM
It's a long story, but I had to decorate a pink envelope to embarrass somebody.  Do you think that I need to put more stuff on it?

10  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / Stained glass window (though not actually real glass) on: June 27, 2007 07:34:42 AM
I made a mini stained glass window that can be hung in a bigger window.  I'm thinking of attaching a suction cup to a string and attaching that to the window so it can hang better.  If you have any better suggestions for hanging, please let me know!

I painted cardboard and put sharpie-colored wax paper in the holes to make the window.
